Delivered utility mode uses emitted advice outcomes. Each mode applies its own matching false-positive denominator; missing telemetry is unavailable, not a miss.

Experiment result Product comparability follows the selected hit-rate/FP-rate pair. Paired guide-zone statistics remain available as a separate diagnostic.
